Title: Relay? Or what is this?

I found this relay under the dash under the computer it looks like a standered relay but only three prongs?
The makings on the relay are:

FC257EB
12.8V  85 c/m
A 799998 DOT

Densco
166500-0390
21(23)W x 2+(8-8)W
27W x 2
27W Max. 4 BULBS

any ideas what this does???

Just me trying to learn more about the wiring in this Zuk!
