Just got a decent deal on a 2003 chevy 2 door soft top tracker. had it out in the snow today and it was great! I want to lift it a bit though and upgrade from those sad 195/65 15s that are on it now. I see a number of suspension spacer lifts (2") on the web, and with so many to choose from i was wondering what you guys would recommend? I am just looking to get a little extra ground clearance and a bit bigger tires, travel and articulation are not too important at this point

jeff1997, sr customs, low range, zukination.
all good kits, either metal spacers or plastic. both work perfectly. more of your preference, local company/price/etc
i have a set of zukination spacers here for my kick, they're a half hour away if i need anything and weren't that expensive.

thanks! i am just wondering the difference in a kit like this http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.php/suzuki/tracker-vitara-gv-xl7/suspension/basic-and-complete-2-inch-spacer-budget-lift-kits.html (http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.php/suzuki/tracker-vitara-gv-xl7/suspension/basic-and-complete-2-inch-spacer-budget-lift-kits.html) with those extra parts or one like this http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.php/suzuki/sidekick-tracker-x90/suspension-lift-kits/suzuki-sidekick-tracker-x90-vitara-2-inch-coil-spacers.html (http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/index.php/suzuki/sidekick-tracker-x90/suspension-lift-kits/suzuki-sidekick-tracker-x90-vitara-2-inch-coil-spacers.html) with just spacers?

simple. one is a basic 2" spring spacer. only a pair. so it will only lift front or rear. and the front suspension only needs a 1.5" spacer to lift 2".
the other one is a FULL kit to lift both the front and rear AND spacers for the struts to space them down so they will work, without some sort of spacer for the strut there cannot be a lifted suspension. there is no range in the strut for that.
the differences between the 2 full kits is one comes with the replacement shocks for the rear, the other one has you source the shocks yourself (simple to do, shocks for a 95ish ford crown vic)
the description of the parts does explain everything.

one more newb question before i decide haha, what are some of the pros and cons or either of those kits? would the more expensive full kit be better in the long run?
-
sopposely the dt3000 shocks that the higher end kit are built for the gv and such but the same results can be obtained by using over the counter parts from any parts store, no special order, no EXPENSIVE replacement cost
shocks on my kick right now have been used and abused daily, ive had to replace one just last summer, had a year on the old shock, replaced it for 20 bucks and i was off and running.
if you arnt scared of going into lordco/pepboys/napa/etc and picking up shocks its a no brainer to go with the less expensive kit.
with the different parts store shocks it will flex the same as the dt3000 shocks and ride about the same.
