Title: even lower tracker gears ?

does anyone know of a set of gears that are lmade for the tracker that are lower than the 4'24's ?

The only aftermarket tcase gears made for a trackick are 4.24s.
You could look at axle gears.  They made 5.38 and 5.62 stock gears (very hard to find though, so they are generally expensive).  Aftermarket used to make 5.83s, but they don't make them anymore and finding used ones are rare (and expensive).

You could use a Toyota trans and stacked transfer cases. Do a web search on RingR and Marlin Crawler, RingR is an adapter for the trans, Marlin twin cases and triple cases can get you upwards of 1000 to 1.
