Title: 1.6 8v punch out

Looking for info on cylinder size on 1.6 8v so I know wher e to start to bore out .30 over or if its safe to go 40. And also wat else may be involved. Also in the plan is a high range cam. Any ideas on a good one? Thanks

Standard bore is 75mm ( 74.977) 40 over pistons are offered by the aftermarket. Check out Low Range, TrailTough or any of our vendors for cams.

How far can you overbore before you run in to trouble.
