Post by: flanny on February 13, 2012, 11:07:44 AM
i rolled my sammy and broke the driver window and winshield. i was thinking about cutting a piece of plexi glass for the driver window, and ordering a new windshield. anyone ever tried plexit glass for the door window?

The main issue with a plexi or lexan windshield is they tend to scratch easily.  Roadless Gear was the first with a poly windshield that has a treating on it to make it more road worthy, I have had great lucky with mine.  But you can also order it from Low Range now.  They still recommend the glass if you spend a lot of time in mud.
