called my "former" dealer today to set up appointment to check the spark knock.
Guess what?
They no longer carry the Suzuki Franchise!

I was told another "used" car dealer in town is picking up the franchise. Called them was told the owner is "waiting on a pice of paper" (whatever the f*** that means) and tells me they should be up and running next week. Yeah, right.
There is another dealer down by Pitt but no rental car is offered (its otta my pocket) and is just too f**** far to F*** drive.
If you gather that I am pissed as hell, you are right.
WTF???????? 12K to go before warranty runs out and the motherF***** dealer decides he'd f**** his customers and dump zuke! F**** him. I was too mad to call the ivory tower in brea, but tomorrow I will.
WTF??????????? How about a letter that says "dear valued customer, we regret.....blah blah blah.......how the fu*** was I supposed to know this? Osmosis? ESP?

God damn them all, I am so f*** mad right now I can hardly think.
That mother**** better hope and pray he never runs into me on the street because this ole hoosier hick is more than capable of beating someone's ass who needs it. And this bastard needs it. Big time.

GET ON THAT ZUKI HOTLINE & GIVE THEM A BIT. THEY WANT TO GROW IN THE US, SO THEY SHOULD MAKE CURRENT OWNERS HAPPY IF THEY WANT THEM BACK. ALSO TO GIVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON BUYING & OWNING A ZUKE TO THOSE WHO ASK....... MATTY D. 8)

On a more positive note, I just went over to the dealer here in Lancaster to pick up some rear bearings and seals and as I pay for the stuff the parts guy says to "and thanks for you business".
How about that, I did a double take as I was walking away! When was the last time you heard that?
BTW lots of REALLY nice & shiny new XL-7s on the lot! I gotta get me one of those!

I've got the best Suzuki Parts Guy in the world, at Denver Isuzu/Suzuki - name's Dave. I order from him maybe three or four times a year. Never forgets who I am. I walk in, and he's got my order. I have him programmed into my cell-phone.

Yea I know what you mean. I had a dealer 120 miles away, and they quit, now I have to drive 160 miles to the closest. I just quit dealing with them. After you warrenty expires, just call hawk for you parts ;D

Luckly I live in the big city and there are about 8 Suzuki dealerships around me.
I'd do what NY says and call Suzuki of America.

Already did that folks. Asked the the DM call me and I provided both work and home numbers.
I can forward calls to my work number thanks to Voip phone service (see another post by me on this....in_flames its available for you canadian folks)
I was cool, but totally crystal frickin clear about my disatisfaction with this whole affair. To which she repsonded, "we have no record of XXXXMotors cancelling with us"
Duh! I told her its not my responsibility to make sure their databases are up. That's why they have field people. Unless the Suzuki field persons are cleaning the chairs with their asses......I dunno.
Whether or not I get a call on this remains to be seen. From what I have read about AMSC, they are pretty much non-responsive to customers needs.

Man that sucks! How is a company supposed to keep customers. I HATE lousy customer service, it drives me nuts.
If a business treats me like a king, odds are I will go back to them time and time again, even if they are more expensive.
I sure hope they call you. :-/

Im telling ya suzuki has some shity dealerships. The one in lansing Mi were i live realy sucks so my mom got a toyota camary. I love suzuki but if they dont do somting soon there going to go the way of the yugo.
