It's only on winches. However, winches with synthetic rope do qualify.

Hi Andy,

I know the sale is over but I had some questions about Warn products.

Right now, I see a lot of new product offerings from Warn.  Which new winch do you feel is the best choice for a built Sami?  I like the new synthetic rope offerings.  Are the M8000-s and VR8000-s a good match for a Sami or would the 9.0Rc be better because of size and weight?

Thanks for the information, Andy.  I wondered if there was really a big difference between the VR8000 and the M8000-s.  I can see that there is a lit more to it than just the price.

I doubt I need one of the 9.5XP winches.  For someone that may only winch 1 or twice a year, it would be hard to justify the added cost.
