Would a 2.0L 4cyl lancer engine be possible? And if so how hard would the swap be?

I assume you are talking about putting it in a samurai or sidekick ? Anything can be done with enough money and skill. There is a guy putting an s2000 engine into a Samurai, but that makes more sense as you can run a divorced transfer case behind the transmission.
In this case the FWD/ AWD transmission (depending on if its an Evo or not) will be pretty useless so you will have to come up with a custom bell housing to mount the motor to the Suzuki Tranny. Not to mention all the wiring issues, clutch, motor mounts.I think in this case if you have to ask you cant do it.
Take it to a specialized shop and bend over ? Why not something easier like a 2.0 from a tracker ?

I have heard of a guy who makes bell housings to mate the 4G63 and a 2spd Powerglide or TH350. He is big in the drag strip community and runs a tubbed out Lancer with a built to the hilt 4G63 with a 2spd powerglide. cant remember the name, but it will come to me eventually.
