well i tore my rear ring and pinion up due axle wrap. ive got a big motor and axle wrap is REALLY bad!!!! any ideas on how to reduce this cheaply? i have a 4" block lift and i know thats adding to the axle wrap but i really dont want to change it because i mud ride and i need the lift for my tires and keep the computer etc dry. no company that i know of has a bolt on traction bar kit but not for my lift

How are your fab skills? They aren't all that hard to build if you have access to the metal and a welder.

Blocks????? Flanny. Anything , and I mean anything is a better and safer idea than Blocks......Boxcar...

i know i know but its a trailer rig, and all i do is run in the mud. not to mention i dont have much option for a 11" lift without dropping some jack.
AS for my fab. skills they are pretty good. only problem with traction bars that i have seen is it could damage my axle housing.

Go to a four link system with long arms. You are right to worry about damage to the housing, doesn't take much to damage it. Reinforce your mounts with axle trusses that will help keep the housing straight. You can get taller coil springs in a suitable length & weight, eliminating the blocks in back. A good set of shocks and correct springs should reduce wheel hop (deep mud will stop it too).
Your bigger motor will still have an effect on the ring gear & pinion, but w/o the loading/unloading it should be easier on both the gears and axles.

the leverage added by the higher perches/block is the culprit.
You could:
add a leaf to each pack
fab a trac bar-here's a couple :
