Title: Mastercraft Courser C/T tires
Post by: nprecon on March 17, 2012, 09:37:12 AM
Has anyone ran Courser C/Ts that would care to comment on how well they thought these tires did in various conditions on and off road?

i have never ran those but ran simillar tread before, they should be good for a "every were tire" they look good decent for mud as they have decent spacing between lugs and not too much that would be too noisy for inside the truck, will worn less than a m/t tire for sure as well. what you gona use them for for the most? 75% blacktop and 25% mud? lol

Driving down the road mostly (he's my DD), driving trails, fields and woods and hopefully not getting stuck (again) in only an inch of freakin mud.  I was pulling a trailer loaded with logs at the time... but that was no excuse.  There were only four logs on the trailer.

they should be ok for you id think, you dont need a set of mudders for a one time pull out of the mud per year hauling wood :P

They have a nice looking tread pattern and are probably a decent trail riding tire for less muddy terrain. With also being molded with holes for pinning with studs, they should be very decent tires for icey trails and roads.

Here is a Courser C/T along side a BFG AT K/O.  These are both 235 series tire sizes.  The BFG has about 1,000 miles on it, the Courser, less than a thousand miles.  I also noted the Courser is a FULL 29" tire where as the BFG is right at 28 1/4 inches.  That part is "more better" to me already.
