need help i cannot find a hose adapter for one of the fuel inlets to the jets. it is a 12mm x 1 no one seems to have it i have no clue what to do
-
ok so far, I have modified the sami thermal spacer to work with the yota carb. I have to re tap the fuel inlet hose adapter to a 3/8. hopefully ill have it done tomorrow

Let us know how you like it. Boxcar runs a similar setup and has reported good things.

well i got it up and running, but its idling at 3000 and if i adjust it down it dies.... some threads say to modify the thermal spacer and some doent. I did not modify it. could this be the cause?
-
well it did not go as smoothly as i planned. this is the first carb swap ive done so it was rough. i have a few kinks to work out and am taking it to a shop that works on carbs and have them do a once over.

Sounds like a vacuum leak, is it running any better?
