Title: anybody know how to mount a winch with the sk bump

has anyone or does anybody know how to mount a winch with the stock bumper?,pics would help also.

lots and lots and lots of extra metal plate with gussets(sp).  i have not done it(i don't even have a front bumper)  but i don't think i would want to pull too hard on the stocker.  save your cash, buy one or build one.
