Title: Hood bumper

The little rubber hood bumper above the windshield on my tin top fell off, are these usually held on with double sided tape or some kind of adhesive? What do you recommend?

Mine has Screws that fit in the Slots provided. (I removed it for the repaint)
Maybe it was an "After Market" replacement ?!!

I have never seen one that was screwed on.  They all had some type of adhesive to hold it on.

Hmm, I didn't really look to close, I noticed it sitting on my wipers and some black residue where it was above the windshield.

I put mine back on with 3m double sided tape
