Take a look at SR CUSTOMS photo gallery. The black tin top has a 2" suspension lift with 30x9.50x15's and the blue 2 door with removable hard top has the 4" combo with 31's. 2" Hoepkers(?) Lift. 225/75-16 tires.
Fender gap at rear should be same as front. In this pic I still had one stock wheel/tire on the left front so it's sitting a little cock-eyed. It's the best side shot I have right now.

Grand Vit front springs, 3/4" rear spacer.  235/75 R15 Toyo All-Terrains.  It's about 1.5" front lift with 3/4" in the back to keep it level.

Here's my 98 sidekick with 245/70/16's. They rub at full flex, only on the outside edge. I could trim a little and they'd be fine. I am running a 2" coil/strut spacer lift from lowrange offroad.
