Title: Soft top bow hinge dimensions

Who has made their own hinge mechanism for the soft top?  All the kits I have found to buy have the plastic pieces and I'd like to make an all aluminum one or stainless.  Can anyone provide the dimensions of these parts?  My Zuk came without a top or parts so I'm going completely blind here...

Mainly what I need is the distance between the holes on the hinge part, and the distance between the front mounting hole and the front hinge point on the base part.

4.5 from horizontal eye to eye on the bow lift bracket and 1' from the vertical mount down bracket to the horizontal side to side mount for the bow lift bracket.

Also, what is this track for?  Does something from the soft top fit into this rail?

Yes, your dimensions are correct to the drawing. The targa rail is for an old BesTop 2 piece top... Sorry for the length of time between answers.
