The stock samurai sun visors doesnt cover the sun worth a damn really, do we have any other options for this? Sun visors from another car that will work for drivers and pass? Will the neon be of use again? lol

Made my own from a corugated plasic sign and duck tape.
Remove the old ones and strip them down to the frame. Cut 2 pcs of plastis sheet for each side, a "front" and a "back". for added strength the corugations on the front and back should run 90d of each other. Tape the frame to the inside of the front peice. Align the back piece with the front then tape them together. Wrap the whole thing in a layer of duck tape (color of your choice) and reinstall the visors.
They're strurdy, light weight, and waterproof (if a but ugly). I also made a camo cloth sleave for mine to match my interior.

If you dont mind, can you take a picture of your new sun visors?

Here they are...
I have a pattern for the cloth cover (it prints on 11.5"x17" paper). It took me several trys to make it work so there are no instructions with it.

Are the sun visors interchangable? Drivers can switch to pass and vice versa? Those came out pretty good from what I can see tho!

It took me a second glance to find the visors on the second picture...

the visors themselves interchange. the mounts brackets and arms do not.
