Title: hard too get into gear

I have this problem recently of not being able too get into 1st gear and then I have to hunt aroung the other gears to then get into 1st also if it is rolling a little bit then it goes in easy ..... I am getting the clutch done next week.......oh yeah this problem is when I have stopn and go traffic.....I"m thinking syncros? anyone wanna second that  or is it most likely just the clutch and yes I have played with it......the adjuster that is

Im having the same problem, can you be specific about how to fix it?
