Title: 5 speed manual trans problem
Post by: rluka on April 18, 2012, 11:17:01 AM
I have a really nice 1997 GEO Tracker 4 door, 4x4.  When I first start the car it is sometimes difficult to put it into 1st gear. As the car warms up it becomes easier to put into first gear.  I dont have any problems putting it into any other gear. The clutch feels fine. Is this something that can be easily fixed?
Your help will be greatly appreciated
Ron

How many floor mats do you have on the drivers side and how thick are they? do they get up under the clutch pedal at all?
