Would anyone have any ideas on how to get that spray on glue off of the floor ?? The guy who had this thing before me used that spray on stuff for some cheap cut yourself to fit carpet. Any ideas would be great --- thanks Mac0

Some sort of paint stripper, possibly? Either that, or use a torch like Stu said and scrape it off.

id use a solvent and soak the sh$t outa it..just goto like a paint place or something and ask what kinda harsh solvent they reccomend
-
try acetone
-
Spray on gasket remover, but be careful, to much will take off paint.

They make this stuff called "Goof Off". I have used it to remove adhesive from stickers and it says that it will remove a whole list of stuff, like tar and adhesives.

Ya - babe GOOF-OFF is the stuff.. Put it on and it is melting the glue away but leaving the paint.
Thanks for all the reply's ------ Mac0

I don't know where you live, but if you get a real hot day, the heat from the sun should be enough to loosen it up, that is how I got mine off, before I did the bed liner inside.

Methyl Ethyl Ketone.
MEK will remove ANYTHING, including your fingers and toes if you aren't careful!!!
I just saw that they sell it in the paint section at my local Home Depot...
