Title: Tracker colored seats?
Post by: rago on May 02, 2012, 01:38:42 PM
Been a while since I posted anything, but I can usually find my answers by searching. Guess that speaks volumes for the site. 8)

Anyways, I've been hunting down a Tracker or Sidekick for the wife since she is wanting to get into offroading. As I am searching through classifieds I find most of them have the typical gray seats that looks like a 5 year old drew on them. Then I started running across some with colored inserts. Found one in a white Tracker with purple inserts, then started seeing more of them with red inserts. What's the deal?

Were they optional on certain models/colors/years or something else?

How common are they & what colors could be ordered?

I run with a guy that's got bright blue seats front and rear. Looks pretty cool.

I believe that they had them for several years., not sure on the trim level.  I put a pristine set of red ones in my Sidekick.

There are several trackicks that have colored seats.  I don't know that it was necessarily a trim level thing.  There are purple, blue, red, yellow, and maybe a few other colors.  They really don't look too bad, for factory seats, IMO.
