Title: Switching to manual hubs
Post by: GreatZuks on April 15, 2004, 06:15:23 AM
Hi all,

The Owners manual on my ’95 Sidekick, 5spd, doesn’t recommend being towed on all 4 wheels because of the auto hubs.  Can someone explain the problem.  How hard is it to switch from auto to manual hubs?

Takes about a half hour, an allen wrench, umm...  And I think that's about it.  Easy job, well worth it.

I just swapped out my autos for some stock manuals. MY autos are for sale on ebay right now...

samurai manuals will also work on a kick for replacing the auto's or vise versa
