Title: Fuel filter gaskets (trackick)
Post by: MongooseVRX on May 21, 2012, 02:36:16 PM
So my new fuel filter(purolator) leaked like crazy with a copper washer/gasket on each side of the banjo bolts. The one I took off only had one on each side of the filter(not two, filter came with four), so I took out the one between the banjo and the filter and no leaks! Anybody else experience this? I've got a sweet expedition-style trip comming up in less than two weeks, and the last thing I need is a fuel leak.

All I can think is to compare it to the FSM available over at AcksFaq.com:
