Title: help!!! cannot get my axles out!

no matter how much beating, banging, kicking i do i cannot get my axles to come out of the housing... i checked on here on some tips to get them out and i still for the life of me cannot get them out!!! any suggestions.. step by step on how someone else did it...

figured it out, put a scissor jack behind the backing plate and started cranking. popped em out like it was nothing.

That's a great tip. Much easier on the stuff than banging away with a hammer.

yes it was a piece of cake to do it that way. just cranked it 4 or 5 times and bang, she popped out.
