I have a high idle 1,500RPM at start but it goes back down to 900 after a few min. it sounds like the cold idle warm up circuit is on, but it's 89* F in the morning when I leave for work, & just started a while back, I have looked & don't see anything worng but haven't had the time to dig into it yet...... any sugestions were to start??

89 degrees is still well below the temps required for the ECU not to enter cold start. Sounds perfectly fine to me, as long as the idle drops to normal as the engine heats up. Coolant temp and IAT regulates the warmup rpms dictated by the ECU.
