Here ya go.  Pretty simple if you just look at one system at a time.  Any questions just ask.

http://www.acksfaq.com/Samvacuumlines.php (http://www.acksfaq.com/Samvacuumlines.php)

There are two vacuum lines on the modulator valve.  They are labeled "P" and "Q"  Make sure they go to the right valves.  The "Q" goes to the 3 way solenoid valve (TWSV).  The "P" goes to the Bimetal vacuum switching valve (BMSV)  and then to the ported vacuum pot on the carb.  The big line goes to the big nipple on the EGR valve.  The back pressure from the exhaust when your engine is pulling power is  pushed  into the EGR modulator and lets the vacuum open the EGR.  This way the EGR is not working when at idle.
You need to download the service manual to get a clear pic of how the hoses are routed.  Here is a link to download  the service manual.  Its in 3 seperate sections, but look for the part you need now.  But save all 3 sections for future use.

The labels are on the cover of it.  I removed the modulator from the vehicle and then removed the cover to check the small filter in it.  How do I tell which is P and Q now?   I don't know if I put the cover back on the same way.

The P and Q shouldn't be on the top cover cap, they should be on the side of the modulator body, right above where the vacuum line's plug in.

The P and Q are in fact on the top cap.  There are no markings on the body itself that indicate which port is which.....at least on any zuk modulators I have seen.

If you have another modulator around, pop the cap off (mark it first), pull the filter out and look to see which is which.  IIRC, I don't think it matters....but it's been awhile since I had one apart.
