Title: Wiper linkage question
Post by: td57 on July 01, 2012, 02:53:31 PM
I've got a 87 Samurai soft top with very sloppy wipers (bushings are most likely worn out or...)
I've re-done my TT and pulled the dash to do this.
I'm wondering, on the soft top if I undo the windshield frame and tilt it forward will I be able to get to
the wiper arms? This would be a lot less work than pulling the dash I would think.
Thanks for any help on this.
Dave

Yes you get full access to the wiper assembly/motor with the windshield frame tilted forward.

Well Dave, looks like the laying frame on
the hood will be the way to go. Thank you
