The easiest way is a Kicker 3 setup, since they are starting to make them again.  But that requires switching to a Tracker transmission at the same time.  Otherwise you will need to track down a used 'Rock Block'.

Why the dual t-cases instead of just a t-case gear kit?

I agree that a kicker 3 type setup (trackick tranny, trackick tcase, samurai tcase) is the best setup.  Mine is great.
As far as trying to run dual samurai tcases.....it has been tried, but with little success.  The issue is that samurai tcases have offset outputs.  So that creates driveline angle issues and/or tcase oiling issues.

Skyhiranger,do you have pics or any other info you could pass along about the kicker 3 setup?
1 are there any drive line issues?
2 how much room does it take up inside the cab?
3 do you gear reduction both T cases or one and how do you figure out which gear reduction for which case?
   Thanks Jimbo

Here is pretty much everything I know about the kicker 3 (I made my own, BTW)....

The driveshafts stay the same length, so no mods needed.
The only extra cab room it takes up is the slightly wider tranny tunnel (the tunnel has to be spread about 2" on each side), and possibly an extra shifter sticking through the passengers side of the tranny tunnel (if you decide to buy the kicker 3, or make your own and run the trackick tcase shifter out the side of the tranny.....I ran my stick up through the existing tcase shifter hole in the tranny tunnel).
Tcase gear reduction depends on what kind of gearing you want overall.  I started out with just stock gears in both tcases (gave me a 4:1 combined tcase low range ratio).  I then put 4.16 tcase gears in the samurai tcase, which gave me a 7.57:1 combined tcase low range ratio).
