I've got a new plan for my first-love Samurai which involves selling off the Dana 44 axles that are under it and the associated bits that go along with that. At this time, everything is still underneath the Samurai but it'd only take an afternoon to unbolt and put on some pallets, your trailer, or your pickup truck. So, here's what I've got:
Front & Rear Dana 44 axles
5.89:1 R&P
Detroit Lockers
-Rear axle is a 78/79 Wagoneer Quadratrac so the diff is offset, drum brakes
-Front axle is a full size Chevy with the long side cut down to match width and to use stock spring mounting location
-Dutchman axles in front, disc brakes
Tom Wood's Drive Shafts
High angle CV shafts for front and rear w/bolt flange at the top to connect to your Samurai t-case (early model)

Steering included up to but not including the pitman arm.

Shocks and well everything mounts to stock locations on the Samurai frame.
35x15.5x15 TSL/SX Tires on Mickey Thompson "like" 10 inch rims
Tires worn; wheels fair
Extended brake lines, bump stop extensions, misc bits
Basically, I'm selling a package where you could roll these axles under a stock Samurai and bolt everything up with little or no modifications and be ready to tackle just about anything.
