Title: A/C control module mounting location
Post by: 02CalTaco on July 22, 2012, 11:12:59 PM
Like the title says I'm trying to find out where the control module and the relay are suposed to mount to on a 86 samurai. Pics would be great, thanks.

Also, off topic but I might as well ask... Would a leak in the fuel filler hose cause it to be hard to start after not being started for awhile. It probably has nothing to do with it but it takes about 7-10 tries before it will start, then it runs rough untill I raise the rpm above 1500, idles nice and runs ok after that. I know the choke has issues but I still think it should start easier.

High on the passenger kick panel.

I found them loosely tucked up in that area, on the side of the glove box. I don't like the idea of them bouncing around in there, looking up in there is it pretty clear where they screw to?

Not really.  I don't think there is an existing screw/hole to mount them.  A lot of times they are just zip tied to other wires in that area.
