Title: sidekick tranny question
Post by: AZuki13 on July 29, 2012, 08:11:09 PM
I want to put a samurai t-case into a 4 door 2wd sidekick. Will the sammys driveshaft from the tranny to the tcase fit in the sidekicks tranny? Any help would be helpful

Yes, the samurai intermediate shaft slip yoke is the same spline as the trackick 2wd tranny output shaft.  The problem is that the diameter of the samurai slip yoke is smaller than the trackick slip yoke, so it will not seal up good.  But what you can do is swap the trackick slip yoke over to the samurai intermediate shaft (they all use the same ujoints).
