Title: manual to automatic diferential swap (gears)

planing ahead for this, i got a 2002 suzuki vitara 4dr with a 4cyl 2.0L and a 5spd trans. how easy is the swap? change the rear diff housing as a unit and the complete front and its done? or i need to change cv shaft and axles as well?

oh and does the v6 model and any 1999-2005 fit?
