Title: Adjusting the clutch on a 94 tracker

I need to adjust the clutch on my 94 tracker 2dr 4wd.  I have read on here how to adjust it and I understand how to adjust the 2 nuts at the bracket but I am having trouble figureing out how to adjust the freeplay at the pedal.
Is there a writeup on how to do this that includes pics?
What I have read on here and what I see when I look underneath the tracker isnt matching.

on my 98' sidekick I simply adjust the pedal stop to adjust the freeplay after the cable length is set properly.
