Title: Rough idle smooth top end?

My '87 Samurai has started idling rough like with a miss. When I rev it up even a little it miss goes away. It has plenty of power(for a 1.3) and runs smooth at road speeds. Any Ideas? Thanks PK.

I would check all the vacuum lines first.  Those things always cause headaches.

I had that happen to mine last week and I pulled the plugs and one of the spark plugs had a crack in the area around the electrode, that is the second one I have seen this year, I think the new gas runs hotter than it should!
