Couldn't resist getting this picture. This was probably the best rainbow I've ever seen, the picture doesn't do it justice.

Yup - very nice - I think it's quite rare to get to see that much of the arch - usually it's one of the ends.
Now let me ask you this - have you ever seen a completely circular rainbow?

Yes, more than once !!
You will see this phenomenon at Higher Elevations, and in the winter up here in Deep Snow Country.
The Higher elevations thing I feel is that the Rain Drops are at a lower sight line in the sky.
In winter, Blowing Ice crystals, catch the suns rays and make beautiful colors around the sun.
