Hey folks thanks for looking.

The sound to listen for is the clicking/grinding.. (as if i am moving a microphone around.. i kept the video completely still)
I recently rebuilt this sami case myself and installed the TT shifter kit. The best way I can describe the sound is 2 gears not fully locking... or what you could imagine a partially worn gear engaging to sound like. It seems to be more predominant when i am coming to a stop and pressing the clutch in. Doesn't matter if I am in 2/4 or H/L. The other (related?) issue I've had is the case popping out of gear while under full load (7psi of boost). It only does it in 2/4wd high. Low gear stays in gear always. It is not the shifter moving out either as I have strapped it to be sure. Brent |removethispart|@ TT mentioned a slightly bent shifter fork which makes sense to me. Thought it was worth a mention as it could lead your opinion of the noise in another direction.
TIA
