Title: no spark

1993 sidekick, I installed a good used engine complete,tried to start it will not start, checked with coil wire handheld to coil tower it will spark one time only.It has good fuel pressure,I already tried diff coil and dist,same crap,HELP

WHAT YEAR WAS THE ENGINE YOU INSTALLED?

It is a 1994 1.6l 16v.I used all of the cars wiring harness except the injector section.The white plug back.

Unless you fried the ECM it sounds like a grounding issue.  Check the distributor ground first them go from there.

after man hours a friend stopped by and in about 5 mins. found a broken wire going to the dist.Fixed it and it started and ran perfect.Thanks everybody
