I've got a little holley 2 bb with a electric fuel pump on my 1.3 sam. It runs great for about a hour after running at slow speeds it tends to load up, so much that it is flooding the carb and fuel is leaking onto the intake. I thought it might be the electric fuel pump so I bought a fuel pressure regulator but don't know what setting to try. Any suggestions? The strange thing is I can get on a road and drive it and the problem goes away!

Sounds like you have too much fuel pump pressure. 2-3 psi is what you should be shooting for. Be sure to double check the regulator with a gauge to verify the regulator is working properly.
Use the Jeep by pass filter to keep the back pressure from over loading the fuel pump and cause it to fail prematurely.
