Title: Fuel cell questions

So my in tank fuel pump went out and tried to replace it but broke one of the standpipes during removal. I figure now is the best time to go ahead and put a fuel cell in it. Was wondering if 10 gallons will be big enough, what external fuel pump works the best, should I get aluminum, what regulator, what filter, and if you have any other tips? Any help is appreciated
