So after calling and internet searching for an OEM top for my 2000 Tracker, I decided to order a Best Top from Tops4less. Order placed 10/24. Great, confirmation email says two weeks to a new top. I called 11/7 to check status and was told it's on a slow boat from Asia. Wait another 2-3 weeks. Make sure you know before ordering because they don't. I even asked for expedited shipping since I was misled about the wait time. I was told it ships direct. They cannot change it. Very disappointed. >:(

Thanks for the heads up. You would think the least they could do is refund the difference in shipping.

Follow up. Actually I did call Best Top on the same day and basically got the same answer. Nothing we can do.
Funny, just got an e-mail confirming it shipped. Sure hope it's the one I purchased.
I would still caution others to confirm ship ping by phone.

Good to know stuff. It sucks finding out your stuff is "back ordered" after you have ordered and paid for it. Hope you get the one you ordered. Good luck.

i wanted to replace my top, but ended up getting it fixed at sail repair/maker. saved a lot of money. new back window and velcro + some threading for 50 bucks.
