Just replaced the tranny fluid and placed 3 quarts back into the tranny. Drove it around to get it up to operating temp to check the fluid level...all good and no leaks. Just in case, I placed white plastic trash bags under the tranny to see if anything was leaking. I check this AM and there was some tranny fluid on the trash bags. I didn't see any fluid anywhere on the pan, or the sides..anywhere ???. The only seepage I see is coming from what looks like the selector lever on the passenger side of the tranny.
Is there a seal there and can it leak from there? If so, what steps do I need to take to replace/fix it?
