Title: '95 SK heat gauge bounces around when you hold in the brakes.

If you let it warm up and start driving, the heat gauge starts bouncing when you apply the brakes at a stop.  It starts to act like it is pushing red on the gauge but goes back down.  Bad ground to the sensor?
