Help finding a problem. I have a sami with a 1.6 8v. when wheeling it misses really bad. It does not die but misses really bad. when i get off the trail and go to 2 wheel, it runs fine. Any suggestions?

Wow, that's an odd one. My first guess would be grounds, clean them all to be sure of good contact. Only other guess would be a mis-wire or short on  the 4wd indicator causing some other sensor to fail?? Does it have a CEL wired up? Any codes when it misfires?
