Title: 1989 Tracker Timing belt tensioner arm is broken!!!! Help!

I was putting it all back together when i noticed this problem. i cant seem to find it anywhere can someone help me find a solution??

I had to order it from some funky onscure source, which I was directed to from someone on this forum. I'll see if I can dig up my records.
