Title: Hello from that Displaced Yooper
Post by: Capt on October 08, 2015, 06:06:48 AM
Hey Ya Hozers, What's a Happen Here?!!!

Forgive me for I have Sinned...........
I have not been to the site, in a long time Father........

Anyway, have still been abusing my '87 Sammy, and I should change it's Name from "Timber Cruiser"
to "Timex", It takes a Lick'n but Keeps on Tick'n!! ie.. The Red Beater Box in Peterson's 4 Wheel Drive
Magazines Ultimate Adventure

For 16 months I was on a Construction Job (Jan '14 to May 15') in Iowa, which explains no real
trail riding adventures.....
But I did rent a house with a 2 car garage for this extended job stay, later the garage became
"The Lost Home Boys Garage", and many repair/upgrade projects (Including restoring a '75 Honda CB360T)
were done over many cases of beer, Again Father For I am A Sinner....

Also rebuilt the Timber Cruiser's Transmission,
JUST A NOTE, on the input bearing c-clip, used the old one, one in kit too large OD

Worked near home this summer, hoping to get the winter off as I plan to KD & Refurbish the
Timber Cruiser frame up. It needs a trip to the "Shop Spa" too keep it running for future Adventures.

Keep You Posted while someone has to go on a Beer Run....

Good to hear from you. I had a couple of Hondas like that one, I did a lot of miles on them.
