ZUKIWORLD Enthusiasts - It's time (maybe past time) to get the 2016 adventuring started. We've certainly got some ideas but are wondering what you would like to see/do this year?
Let's hear it. What'd ya got?

What about a "hot springs" tour? Lots of good rural hot springs in Oregon.
Maybe something similar with dry lakebeds? Ghost towns? Abandoned mines? Waterfalls?
-
Great Divide drive? >:D
-
Airplane guidance arrows.
Closed gate tour. :P
-
Ha. That's should be easy to put together
-
whipsaw
-
crap (why did I put that out)that wont work for me unless I build my tracker in time
-
Whipsaw is a good idea for sure!
-
There's always the backcountry discovery routes, too...
-
How about a SWAPPED MEET for anyone who has swapped out part of their Zuk, seats, motors, transmissions, axles, etc., or those who want to.
-
I just got back from a week running the trails around Moab, Utah. There's something for everyone there from easy to EXTREMELY difficult. More of a springtime, fall ride though, it gets pretty toasty in the summer. Some of the most beautiful country you will ever see.

I stumbled across this website the other day, mostly west coast stuff and a few good possibilities in Oregon:

And I found this route that covers from Oregon to British Columbia http://www.backcountrydiscoveryroutes.com/WABDR (http://www.backcountrydiscoveryroutes.com/WABDR). I know some of the areas that this passes through, and it would be easy to modify route to run a trail in Rimrock, or even Moon Rocks areas. This would have to be more of a summer trip, as snow levels are hard to predict.

Here's another one that might be good for research purposes:

ANYONE OUT HERE IN THE MIDWEST ??
For Shits & Giggles, I signed up for the "Jeepblitz" in Bushnell, Illinois April 15-17th, 2016
I promised I would park off in our own area, not next to any Jeeps during the Show & Shine night, LOL
Will be bringing down the JUST finished rebuild of the Timber Cruiser, a 1987Sammy trail rig.
ANYONE ELSE INTERESTED ?????
-
Jeepblitz, sounds interesting... Will they allow non-Jeeps?
I must confess, I hadn't heard of this event. Has it been around for awhile? Big?

Eric,
This is a First Time event.
I probably got this event info/invite thru my local 4X4 association.
Yes NON J**ps are invited, but I'm sure the usual prejudices will be there
as the main sponsor is a Jeep aftermarket supplier.
I have NO FEAR.....I have showed them up before !!
Kansas Krawl, 2009 22 entries in Trails Class, one of only 7 FINISHERS
Rausch Creek, 2012 Only Non Jeep entered, one of 10 FINISHERS
So any others ?
Look up JeepBlitz online
