Title: wide 29 inch mud tire? 30? if no, then what to do to fit 31s?

Stock 99 2.0 4 door.  I was going to do 1 inch strut spacer and 1.5 inch coil spacer on the back.  I wanted to stick with 29 inch tires but I need wide tires.  10.5 wide or 255, do you guys know of any in that size for 15 inch rims?  Alternatively, what do I need to fit 31 10. 5? I can do a 2 inch body lift too
