How wide, what offset/ backspacing should I go with?
-
15x7 3.75BS
-
Or... you could just mount them on your OEM stock 5.5" steel or 6" alloy rims.
-
I thought about mounting it on the stock alloys, but 9.5 wide seems too wide, isn't it?
-
That is what we ran on our race car with no problems. And you can air them way down.

I had my 30 x 9.50s on stock rims and they were fine but when I switched to 15x7, the on road handling and stability was much better. Don't for 15x8 or you will loose the bead when airing down lower than 15-18psi.

I picked up a ford f150 7.5 wide aluminum rims. They're quite heavy duty, if I had a lathe I'd skim a bit off to save some weight. Now to go get the tires

just make sure center hole is 108mm or they wont fit over front hubs
