Title: Trailer hitch?

Looking to make a trailer hitch, something sturdy enough for recovery with a winch in the receiver.  What have you guys got? Any truck/van hitch close to bolt in?

I have a reese receiver 2" bolts to frame

I found this on craigslist for $30 and had to make a mount to bolt to the frame but it was not hard
