you could weld it or try a pick and pull. I know that there are a few where I live in Canada (west coast)

Agree with Beagle-t.  Weld it.

The only aftermarket manufacturers that build a header for the 2 liter engine is the Hurricane header from Australia.  Last time I priced them (several years ago) the header would run around $300 for their ceramic coated model.  Then you have the shipping cost on top of that.

I don't doubt they make a great header product, but I'd try welding your existing header or finding a used header somewhere if the welding attempt fails simply because of the cost factor.

When my exhaust header cracked, it was where each tube joined another tube.  There were several cracks and they all opened up slightly.  Welding the manifold may cause it to distort  as the welds cool and the cracks draw in.  It is worth trying before spending the money on a replacement.

The Aerio header will not work in stock form.  It would require rerouting the outlet.  DWR can make a replacement, but I don't know how much it would be.

I have the Hurricane header discussed earlier in the thread.  I was fortunate enough to have it carried back as a free checked baggage, so I didn't pay shipping.
