Title: Rally top question

I bought a used Rally hard top for my 98 Tracker. I don't see how the rear portion can possible work with the spare tire in terms of opening the rear hatch, tailgate door, etc without some pretty radical modifications of the spare tire positioning. Yet, I see photos of Trackers and Sidekicks with rally tops and spare tires.

Normally you have to open the rear door all the way before opening the top on the hatch.  Not sure there is a way around that.
